We, Clarion, become a member of the Faurecia Group, a global leader in automotive technology, in 2019 under this business environment. Faurecia establishes Faurecia Clarion Electronics (FCE) as a new Business Group - its fourth one. Clarion is at the core of FCE and will continue to be active in the future. Parrot Faurecia Automotive in France and Faurecia Coagent Electronics in China, companies already under the umbrella of Faurecia, will be integrated into FCE in addition to Clarion. Clarion will demonstrate leadership in this Business Group and we will aim to become a global leader in cockpit electronics.
